Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• What you enter in forms: full name, phone number, email, Telegram username, English level, age, city, the direction and study format you are interested in.
• When signing an agreement: the passport details the agreement requires and your electronic signature (to the extent stated in the agreement).
• When paying: the transaction id and amount from the payment provider (Click, Payme, Uzum). Card numbers are never stored by us.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, cookies.
• In the Telegram bot: Telegram id, name, username, marathon results.

2. Why we use it

• To call you back and advise on a study format.
• To process the application, the agreement and the payment, and to sign you into the cabinet.
• To run the free marathon and the course itself.
• With your consent - to tell you about intakes, groups and offers.
• For aggregated statistics that help improve the site.

3. Legal basis

Your data is processed on the basis of your consent (submitting a form, writing to the bot), the performance of the agreement and legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to hello@truckops.institute.

4. Who receives it

We do not sell personal data. It is shared only as far as a service needs it:

• Payment providers Click, Payme and Uzum - to take payment.
• Telegram - for the bot and notifications to the manager.
• Google - when you sign in with Google (name and email only) and when the site loads its fonts.
• An email service - to send the sign-in code.
• The hosting provider - to run the server and store data.
• State bodies - only in the cases and manner the law sets out.

5. How long we keep it

Application and consultation data is kept until its purpose is met or consent is withdrawn; agreements and payment records for the period the law requires. After that the data is deleted or anonymised.

6. Cookies and browser storage

The site uses the following cookies and browser storage (localStorage):

• Necessary: the sign-in session (only once you sign in) and your language. The site does not work without them.
• Convenience: light/dark theme, the state of the discount offer and your cookie choice. These stay in your browser only.
• Analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel): loaded only after you consent in the banner. If you decline, no tracking code is loaded.

7. Your rights

Requests go to hello@truckops.institute and are answered within the period the law sets.

• To know what data of yours is held.
• To have it corrected or deleted.
• To withdraw consent and opt out of messages.
• To complain to the competent state authority.

8. Minors

Data of people under 18 is processed only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who also signs the agreement on their behalf.

9. Security

Data travels over HTTPS, server access is restricted, and the cabinet has no passwords - sign-in is through Google, Telegram or a one-time code.

10. Changes and contact

A new version of this policy is published on this page with its date.
