Terms of Use

Updated: 14 September 2026

truckops-institute.uz is operated by TruckOps Institute (TruckOps Institute). By using the site, sending a request or writing to the bot you accept these terms.

1. Services

The Institute offers U.S. logistics training programmes (formats and prices are on the site), a free online marathon and a free consultation on choosing a format.

2. Request and agreement

  • A request on the site is an enquiry; it is not an agreement and creates no obligation to pay.
  • Training is provided only under an electronic or paper agreement, whose terms prevail over this page.
  • Prices are in Uzbek so‘m and may change until an agreement is signed.

3. Admission

  • Programmes admit candidates with English at B2 or above.
  • The number of places in a group follows the open vacancies of partner companies and may be limited.
  • The Institute may decline a candidate whose level does not meet the requirements.

4. Payment

  • Payment is taken through Click, Payme, Uzum or in instalments through Uzum Nasiya.
  • A booking payment of 200 000 so‘m may be taken to hold a place in a group; it counts towards tuition.
  • Refunds are described on the Refund Policy page.

5. About outcomes

The Institute trains students for specific job tasks, prepares them for partner companies’ selection and recommends them. The hiring decision is the employer’s. Income and timing figures on the site are estimates, not promises.

6. Discounts and offers

  • A discount offer is time-limited and must be locked in within the stated time.
  • One person may use one discount; discounts do not combine.
  • A discount is confirmed by the manager against its code and recorded in the agreement.

7. Intellectual property

The texts, images, video and course materials on the site belong to the Institute. Copying, distributing or using them commercially without the Institute’s consent is prohibited. Materials are given to a student for personal study only.

8. Your obligations

  • Provide accurate, current information.
  • Keep your cabinet and sign-in codes to yourself.
  • Do not use the site for hacking or unlawful purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. The Institute is not liable for technical interruptions or failures of third-party services (payment providers, Telegram, Google). The Institute’s liability is limited to the amount paid under the agreement.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, in court as the law provides.

11. Changes and contact

A new version of the terms is published on this page.
